Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Soulbridge app and related services, owned and operated by **Soulbridge Co FZCO**, registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (License Number: 39161). By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

‍User Accounts and Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Soulbridge app.
Account Creation: You are required to create an account by providing your email, phone number, full name, and location. Additionally, you must complete the onboarding questionnaire to allow our AI to personalize your recommendations.
Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for any breach of these T&Cs, misuse of the app, abusive behavior towards other users, or any activity that compromises the security or operation of the platform.

‍Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Subscription Plans: We offer monthly and yearly subscription tiers.
Free Trial: New users are entitled to a two-week free trial. After the trial period, subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the trial ends.
Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings. Cancelations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy: Refunds are generally not provided, except as required by local laws or at our discretion in case of billing errors or extenuating circumstances.
Third-Party Payments: All payments are processed through Apple and Google Play. Please refer to their payment terms for details.

‍User Conduct and Content

User Behavior: Users must refrain from using offensive language, harassment, or engaging in any illegal or disruptive activities on the platform.
User Content: User inputs, including journal entries and prompt responses, remain your property. However, we reserve the right to aggregate and anonymize user data to improve the AI's recommendations.
Facilitator Content: Facilitators retain the rights to their content, including meditation tracks and descriptions. Soulbridge may display this content in the app but does not claim ownership.

‍Intellectual Property

Copyrights and Trademarks: All intellectual property within the Soulbridge app, including the AI recommendation engine, is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Limited License: Users are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users may share referral links but are prohibited from modifying or redistributing the app’s content.

‍Privacy and Data Usage

Personal Data: We collect and store user data, including names, contact information, lifestyle preferences, and AI input prompts, in the cloud.
Third-Party Integrations: We offer sign-in via Google and Apple accounts and use Google Analytics for performance tracking.
Data Sharing: We do not share personal data with third parties. Aggregated data may be shared to demonstrate usage trends and engagement.

Health and Wellness Disclaimer: The services provided through the Soulbridge app are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a healthcare provider before making any changes to your wellness practices.

Event Liability: Participation in Soulbridge’s offline events is at your own risk. Soulbridge is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during such events.

Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the advice or actions of facilitators providing 1-1 sessions or contributing content. Use such content at your discretion.

‍Limitations of Liability and Indemnification

Limitation of Liability: Soulbridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruptions.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Soulbridge against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the app.

‍Modifications to Terms
‍We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. You will be notified of any material changes 30 days in advance, and your continued use of the app after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

‍Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, difference, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract, site or app usag including (but not limited to) any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, discharge and applicable remedies, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“the DIFC Courts”).

Miscellaneous Clauses

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical disruptions.

Severability: If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These T&Cs, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soulbridge concerning your use of the app.
